So here is some bad stuff that affects autistic people themselves: depression, anxiety, stress, suicide, etc. These topics will affect those people and you deeply trust me. I've seen it. If you see any of this in autistic people, but also others try, just try to help them. Don't be quiet, ignore, and then go on your way like as if you haven't seen it.

Let's talk about depression for autistic people. Most of them would not or won't ever tell that something is wrong. Depression will make these people feel bad for their ability and believe it to be true. They will think of bad things and will cry for only they and the lord knows how long they cry.

Anxiety and stress are almost the same topic but they are different feelings. Stress on autism is basically the feeling of too much going on. While anxiety is the feeling of something you don't want to do or wait for a long time for something to happen. But there is one thing they share and that is pressured to do something they don't want to do. These feelings will confuse the poor souls and have conflict upon themselves. In which means they are fighting their minds and will lose themselves and may go crazy and mad. This isn't the fault of the autistic people, it's the fault of those who give anxiety and stress to them.

Suicide is the worst problem of it all for autistic people. For they might or will kill themselves. Don't let something like that come to those people. For they mostly will commit it. I have seen that as well. Autistic people will think that death is a better option than dealing with anxiety, stress, and depression. But mostly thinking the bad things and imperfection of themselves would or will be gone when they die and they will make everyone happy they believe.

Take good care of them for even autistic people can have bad things happen to themselves. Give them comfort if you see the slightest sadness or problematic look on their face. For something is going on inside their heads to think of their lives. Treat these people the same way you try to save others from these matters, because they have lives to live as well for they can help humanity from becoming extinct which I'm sure of is true. Be there for them even if you don't know them, because they may become or are a part of you and care for you.
